What is the 180-day Workmanship Guarantee?

Any time one of our service providers performs a covered repair or replacement, we guarantee their workmanship for 180 days after completion. If you have the same issue with a covered repair or replacement within 180 days, we will send a service provider back to your home without charging an additional deductible and complete the repair subject to your plan terms.

 

Do I have to pay my deductible again?

We will not charge another deductible to send a service provider to your home to work on the original repair.

 

Will the same service provider be assigned?

It may or may not be the same service provider because we want to get your item repaired as quickly as possible. We will make that determination based on availability.

 

What if the problem is different than the original issue?

No problem! Submit a new claim by phone or on My Account (add link).
