How do I create a claim?

In ServiceBench, a “claim” is your actual invoice for the work that you have performed. Only ONE claim should be created per Service Job and should be submitted once the work has been completed. If you create additional claims, they are automatically rejected. A majority of the input for your claim is done on the Service Job Order prior to clicking "Create Claim." Where can I see what is covered in the customer's contract?

In the "Entitlements" section of the Service Job Order in ServiceBench. Click here to read more about the different types of coverage.

How do I get paid for work I complete?

When your Service Job status is listed as "Transferred," select the "Complete" button, and your claim will be sent to accounts payable to be processed for payment.
